The hotel's dampness is concerning!!! Rooms lack adequate lighting and desperately need better ventilation!!! Internet sockets in the room didn't work properly, which was incredibly frustrating!!! More attention to detail could certainly improve the experience!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly particularly Omar & Pertti at reception and Ranjith with his team. The onsite café is delightful and definitely worth checking out.

The check-in process could use refinement as it wasn't as smooth as expected.

I had an really good three-night stay in a Beautiful Room, Inclusive of 20% F&B discount. The swimming pool area was pristine, with plenty of sun beds available for a refreshing day! The breakfast was good, featuring a special cook who prepared fresh omelets and pancakes each morning.

the hotel is simply abhorrent. also, the room key was constantly malfunctioning, I had to call someone from the reception every time. and to top it all off, I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that concept is lost on the staff. absolutely pathetic!

Awesome for family events!

The suites are super spacious, perfect for hosting small get-togethers. The staff were really chill and helpful, making everything a breeze. My kid loved the pool, but it could’ve been bigger for more fun. Tried the snack bar, and the nachos were bomb!

Just a great fit for an overnight stop in Dubai with very good value for money. The pool area was spacious and great for relaxing after a long journey. Make sure to ask for extra towels at the front desk if needed.

I had a fantastic experience where I got an unexpected room upgrade and enjoyed a peaceful evening by the pool. The spa and wellness center were great for unwinding after a long day, and the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing. Just a heads up, check-in could have been a bit smoother, but it didn't dampen my stay at all! 😊
